I love the plot twists and also how the characters developed different personalities. I definitely will be reading more Patti Larsen books. Thank you for the lovely read!

Held my attention right the way through. Twists and turns in the plot were well thought out and smoothly added. I had correctly figured out who the killer was, but not until I had considered everyone else quite thoroughly. Who he was and the ending information was another surprising twist at the end. I wasn't sure about Alice at first, but I came to really like her and her humor. I especially enjoyed her journey of self-discovery and the sense of humor that she grew into developing so naturally. Was not pleased with the sheriff's characterization. However, he was soon balanced with the coroner's character and the arrival of Fee's father. He was also necessary as a catalyst to further Alice's determination to grow. I was so glad the medium aspect did not rule the book. It was a focal point, but not at all the main focal point. Nice!!! Keep writing for you are well worth reading on many levels. Thank you.

started a little slow but quickly picked up speed. I liked the twists and turns, little fake outs. I was surprised by the ending. didn't see it coming. would recommend.
