This is the single best guide to being a principal out there, bar none! I would recommend this to anybody in administration, whether it be a principal or an assistant principal. It is a comprehensive guide to the most important aspects of school leadership, which gives a wealth of information and examples on how to accomplish each "lever" listed. This is an excellent book to have on audio as well because you're going to want to read and reread it. I HIGHLY recommend it!!
