About this ebook

Here's a biblical answer that cuts through all the "how to" methods on leadership to help you find a model you can trust. Based on a scriptural foundation and realistic approach, you'll find guidance and real-life examples to help define you as a leader in Christ's church. Christ in Church Leadership—A Handbook for Elders and Pastors holds up the leadership model practiced by the servant-leader—Jesus Christ Himself—and will change the way you look at your own role as a leader, not only in your church, but in your home, your workplace, or any situation that calls for leadership.
