I’ve been waiting for this one and for good reason! This is definitely a darker theme that will have you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what’s going to happen next. Throw in a suspense element mixed in with true love and the ultimate sacrifice, you won’t be able to put it down. The ending will have you begging Pepper Winters for book 2 NOW!

4.25 Stars! Having picked The Body Painter when it released i couldn't wait to experience this first book again! As soon as this audiobook was announced i was so excited for it! I started listening to it as soon as i could and got right back into the Master of Trickery world! Oh how i enjoyed this listen so very much! Will M. Watt has become one of my favorite narrators! When i found out Will was going to be narrating The Body Painter i was so excited! Being new Felicity Foster's narration had me even more excited to dive into this listen! These two were absolutely fantastic with their narration! Both Felicity and Will pulled me in with their voices. They both brought Gil and Olin to life in such great ways. This first installment in Gil and Olin's journey hooked me! I was glad to jump back into the Master of Trickery world! Once again, This story and it's characters had me feeling such a range of emotions throughout! I was glued to my earbuds with this listen. It definitely kept me on my toes throughout. These characters and their story got into my mind and i could picture it all. With The Body Painter, Ms.Winters has created such a good and unique journey with darkness! I can't wait to dive back into the Master of Trickery world with the second audiobook, The Living Canvas! I am so looking forward to listening to more of Felicity's narration as well as Will's!
