About the author

Pete Evans is an award-winning Australian chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, TV presenter, adventure seeker and devoted father of two. His relaxed and elegant cooking style has earned him many loyal fans here and overseas. He is a fixture on the Australian food festival circuit, appears regularly on Australian and American TV and acts as spokesperson for several loved Aussie brands. As executive chef at Hugo's restaurants for many years, Pete created pizzas that customers couldn't get enough of. In the hopes of one day writing a book about pizza, he continued to develop and collect his best recipes.
