Pete Marshall is the Communications Director for Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness. He has paddled over 8,000 miles through remote regions of the United States and Canada, including two expeditions that have lasted over 120 days. He lives in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, with his wife and son.
