I cant even study it since I have to have Internet connection to view the book. Wasted money since my tablet doesn't connect to anything but open wifi thats available. Pointless....

Can I not save this to my phone I bought another and went out if it. And it wanted me to pay again

If you into your settings you have to check were it says download while offline also and you should be able to read any book saved to your library offline :)
