5 Star Review My Famous Frenemy (The Greene Family #6) by Piper Rayne AUDIO REVIEW: It was great being back with the Greene family in Sunrise Bay, Alaska. This is Posey Greene and Gavin Price’s story and was a fabulous addition to the series. Gavin has moved to Sunrise Bay to escape the Hollywood lifestyle he has had enough of. Having finally cut ties, the recovering addict has settled in Alaska and has decided to run for mayor. I enjoy enemies to friends, to lovers, stories and this one was a great. It was fun to listen and read as the push and pull dynamic of Posey and Gavin’s relationship developed. The narrators Ava Lucas and Nelson Hobbs did a wonderful job expressing the fun, at times adversarial relationship between Posey and Gavin. Their voices are easy to listen to and they did justice to the myriad of emotions that the characters went through in this story. From the moment Gavin ran Posey off the road he has been attracted to her and the chemistry continues to sizzle between them. The family all weigh in on their budding relationship as Posey helps Marla with her campaign to become the new mayor in direct opposition to Gavin which added an extra layer to the drama. Thrown together time and again lines are soon crossed and made for a was smoking hot fun story. When the family is thrown a curve ball it puts Marla’s campaign in jeopardy and will cause even more complications for the blossoming relationship between Posey and Gavin. Can Posey and Gavin finally get on the same page or are they destined to be pulled apart by miss communication and circumstance? One click and find out.

Another visit to Sunrise Bay, Alaska and another wonderful time catching up with the Greene family and their friends. This is Gavin Price and Posey Greene’s story and it’s the perfect addition to this wonderful series. Gavin has given up his life in Hollywood to settle in Sunrise Bay and while working out what to do next he decides to run for mayor but what he didn’t realise was Posey’s mum Marla was also running and that means he could ruin everything he wants with Posey before it even starts. No visit to Alaska would be complete without catching up with the grandmas and the crazy retirement centre they live in and once again the residents had me laughing out loud. I loved everything about this book, I laughed at the witty banter and the shenanigans of the Greene Family, I swooned at the sizzling chemistry and I fell hard and fast for Gavin Price. This fun, entertaining read has something for everyone and I highly recommend you one click this gem. Piper Rayne has once again given us a story that will start with us long after the final words have been read.

This is book six of the Greene family series. The Greene’s are a blended family with nine step-siblings and one half brother living in Sunrise Bay Alaska. Posey Greene and Gavin Price are the next couple that the matchmaking grannies have in their crosshairs. Gavin Price started his career as a child star in a hit series and graduated to another hit series as an adult. He also fell into the child star stereotype and ended up in rehab. He is now two years sober and wants to do something more important with his life. Gavin had a meet cute with Posey in a prior book when he almost ran her over. Because of that run in, there is some animosity. When Gavin decides to run for Mayor of Sunrise Bay against Posey’s mom, he becomes the enemy. This is a fun enemies to lovers romance with two really likable characters. I loved catching up with the Greene’s, and cannot wait for Xavier’s story. I received an advanced reader copy of this book from the author for my honest review.
