This was a terrible purchase. I am very surprised that Google (and the author agree to sell it online. For about $35USD what I got was a photocopied book with small print. When I tried to enlarge the book the writing goes blurry and when I attempted to read the fine print to reference the book in an academic essay I could not read a work. Within an hour of purchasing I messaged google for a refund, which I still haven't received. Extremely disappointed. This review does not reflect the content of the book, only the quality of the book provided.
