About the author

Dr. Issac Paul, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Commerce Education, Govt. College of Teacher education, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. High academic background with first rank in M.Ed (M.G.University, Kottayam, India) and got Vinjan Award for Best Inspiring Teacher 2018 by Council for Teacher Education, Kerala, India. As research guide in education, University of Kerala, India, awarded 1 Ph.D. under his guideship and 2 submitted and 5 doing. Conducted three research projects especially with drug addiction, special need children and start up initiatives. Wrote 2 books in commerce education, 2 as chief editor and Contributed 13 chapters in edited books. Presented more than 45 research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. Published 35 research papers and review articles including national and international peer reviewed and UGC Care listed indexed journals. 19 years of teaching and 10 years research experience with specialization in commerce and entrepreneurship education, curriculum design and development, e learning and e content development, educational management and administration etc.
