After that, we will start our discussion on the Product Owner role. We will see how requirements are handled in Scrum. Here we will discuss different methods for maintaining the Product Backlog. We will discuss different prescribed events in Scrum with a focus on the Product Owner role.
In the last module, we will summarize our discussion using a simple image of the Scrum framework
