Trope fun and sweet as maple syrup! This quick and sexy read has it all, a poor virgin, a billionaire moose, the family patriarch demanding marriage to secure the legacy, and a long lost relative popping up and dating an ex-girlfriend. A few more surprises as well, but they would give away too much Lots of fun, super sexy times that will leave you moist, and a crazy set-up in the epilogue, that will make you grin

This by far is not the first I have read of Eve Langlais. It has her trademarks throughout: steamy, romance, some funnies, and alpha males. Propositioned by the billionaire moose was a delight with some twists I did not see coming. No spoilers means your just gonna have to get your copy to find out, trust me you’ll want to know. I was surprised and relieved at the same time. The characters had growth, and the dialogue was easy to follow and smooth as butter. Rory did and also did not turn out the way I imagined. I did have more questions given his turn of events in the epilogue. If it’s who I think, his story will be a doozy. Now to the only thing I’d would have like more in the book. A backstory of the blend of shifters, how it comes they mingle and what determines who becomes what. Is one more species more dominate? What will the offspring be of two different shifters? Ah questions, questions. Just a little more backstory and worldbuilding. A great read nevertheless, go grab your copy! You won’t be disappointed. Once you go rack, there’s no turning back.

Melanie is a down on her luck, lynx shifter that is taking care of her dying mother. Bryce's parents have both passed on and has been living with and work with his ailing grandfather for years. When Bryce's grandfather decides that it's past time for him to settle down and forces him to find a mate or he will not inherit their maple syrup business. Bryce is also a shifter, a Moose. I'm a huge fan of this author, and I've read all of her books. This is a standalone read, the first book in the Howls Romance series. One consistent theme with this authors' books are that they are very humorous and enjoyable. I know that when I sit down with one of her books it will lighten and brighten my day. This book is funny, with a good dose of humor, some action, and a good dose of romance. The characters were fun and had great chemistry. It's a shorter book- about 150 pages, so I breezed through it in no time flat. I loved the book, the only thing I wish is that there were a little more about them after they get together at the end or an epilogue or something. Other then that, it was a great fun story! Hope this helps! Happy Reading!!!
