Susan McQuillan, MS, RD, is a dietician and nutrition consultant. She has written extensively about weight loss and food addiction. Susan is a former senior editor of American Health and contributes to Woman's Day, Family Circle, Fitness, Prevention, and other magazines. She has written several books on weight loss, including The Complete Idiot's Guide to Losing Weight and Psychology Today: Breaking the Bonds of Food Addiction, and coauthored Simply Healthful Fish.
