USA Today–Bestselling Author: A millionaire cowboy must woo a single mom to earn his inheritance—but can he earn her trust?

Single mother Nina Lowery could never understood the sex appeal of cowboys—until she brought her autistic son to a weeklong horse camp. Four-year-old Cody was mesmerized by the experience—and Nina had similar feelings when she met the wealthy rancher in charge.

Seduction wasn’t part of Alex McNair’s plan to earn his piece of his family’s estate. Yet plans have a way of changing. Nina and her little boy hold the key to Alex’s future. Breaking the promise he made to his dying grandmother is not an option. But neither is breaking Nina’s heart . . .

Mann combines the picturesque nature of Texas with the needs of family, business dealings with romance, emotions with sex to create an unforgettable novel that held me captive. This emotionally infused novel not only took me directly to Hidden Gem alongside the characters, it also made me look at life in a slightly different manner. Mann brings real life to the pages of her novel in a way that creates a story you won’t be able to put down. I loved the cast of characters in this novel. Nina’s world revolved around her son to the exclusion of all else, seeing her open up, even if it is to an introverted cowboy billionaire, was charming. Alex’s dilemma made him even more endearing to me. Seeing him come to grips with what he needed to do and how he could have it all brought a smile to my face. Cody’s autism added an extra layer of emotion and understanding to the story. It’s absolutely amazing to think of the different things that affect his life. And Mann doesn’t stop with her main characters either. She develops the extended family in such a manner that you really feel as if you know them. I know I can’t wait to find out what happens to Amie next. This was a fantastically enjoyable novel that really made me believe it is all possible. Mann has taken real life stories and shown just how easily love can come out on top. Please note that I received a complimentary copy of this work in exchange for an honest review.

Catherine Mann had me from the first page. Pursued by the Rich Rancher is a story that warms the heart, stimulates the mind and is just plain entertaining. It deals a serious issue. Dealing with autistic child through alternative means. I had never thought of stimulating reaction in a special needs child through animal therapy before. This book is a treasure trove of info and manages to still be a good romantic read. A story within a story is how I would describe this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves reading. I received a copy of this book for an honest review.
