Often times it is very hard to read. A proper PDF version of this is needed. Not something just scanned in. Some pictures are hard to see.

Quentin Docter, A+ and the other certifications from CompTIA (including IT Fundamentals), Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, and Sun Microsystems, started in the IT industry as a tech support agent for Packard Bell in 1994. Since then he has worked in tech support, network administration, consulting, training, web development, and project management. He is the author of several books, including the CompTIA A+ Complete Study Guide and CompTIA IT Fundamentals Study Guide by Sybex, an imprint of Wiley.
