Whether headache, sore throat or sinusitis - most problems that are affecting the head are associated with disorders of the lymph flow. The Spanish dentist Dr. Ernesto Adler published 1973 a book on the subject, a work which was continued by the German ophthalmologist Dr. Hans Lange. Adler and Langer found that these points are particularly suited to support specific areas of lymph drainage. With the elimination of the lymph congestions quite often pain and tension disappear very quickly. About 1980 the dentist Dr . Gleditsch discovered in addition the so-called "Lymphbelt". There, the lymphatic flow can be significantly improved. Even though these reflexology point systems are still relatively unknown in medicine they have proven their value very well.

Ewald Kliegel * 1957, Naturopath in his own practice in Stuttgart, Germany, is meanwhile working with patients for almost 40 years and he is a lecturer at medical schools for 25 years. In his practice, he developed a unified symbolic language in reflexology which are the subject of this series, he invented crystal wands made of precious stones, and he looks at the mental and spiritual qualities of our organs from a holistic perspective. Out of his commitment he developed numerous books, such as "LET YOUR BODY SPEAK", "CRYSTAL WANDS" and the soon to come "REFLEXOLOGY EASY". Ewald Kliegel passes on his experiences in lectures and seminars in German, English and French.
