Naturopaths discovered that the tongue represent a map of the entire digestive system and its functions. This was systematized in 1957 by Strobl. Reflexology on the tongue is less devoted tothe quality of the coating, but more to structural signs. These are e.g. red spots, inflammations, swellings, bumps or depressions which are always subject of interpretation.
Even if we can recognize very well malfunctions of organs, the treatments on the tongue will be very limited. One of the possibilities for tongue reflexology is the scraping of the tongue lining as daily morning cleansing ritual, as the Indians do already for ages. In this way , the entire digestive system will be treated automatically .

Ewald Kliegel * 1957, Naturopath in his own practice in Stuttgart, Germany, is meanwhile working with patients for almost 40 years and he is a lecturer at medical schools for 25 years. In his practice, he developed a unified symbolic language in reflexology which are the subject of this series, he invented crystal wands made of precious stones, and he looks at the mental and spiritual qualities of our organs from a holistic perspective. Out of his commitment he developed numerous books, such as "LET YOUR BODY SPEAK", "CRYSTAL WANDS" and the soon to come "REFLEXOLOGY EASY".
