Il RENTRI - Registro Elettronico Nazionale Tracciabilità Rifiuti, previsto dall'Art. 188-bis del D.Lgs. 152/2006, è stato emanato con il Decreto 4 aprile 2023 n. 59 Regolamento recante: «Disciplina del sistema di tracciabilita' dei rifiuti e del registro elettronico nazionale per la tracciabilita' dei rifiuti ai sensi dell'articolo 188-bis del decreto legislativo 3 aprile 2006, n. 152». (GU n.126 del 31.05.2023) in vigore dal 15 giugno 2023.
Il RENTRI introduce un modello di gestione digitale per l'assolvimento degli adempimenti quali l'emissione dei formulari di identificazione del trasporto, e la tenuta dei registri cronologici di carico e scarico dei rifiuti.
Per una organica visione del Sistema, eventuali modifiche al Regolamento e Decreti attuativi collegati saranno consolidate / integrati nel presente testo del RENTRI.
