Part 2 is devoted to the Indian context. It discusses in detail the impact of ICT on the life of an ordinary Indian citizen, the cyber challenges facing the country and the implications for the Indian Armed Forces. A few recommendations have been summarised in the end.

About the author

Col RK Tyagi was commissioned in the Corps of Signals of the Indian Army in 1984. He has served in Assam Rifles and National Security Guards (NSG) and Commanded ‘B’ Composite Signal Regt. He was a Senior Research Fellow at USI and is presently posted at Military College of Tellecommunication Engineering (MCTE.).
