Great book excellent content, but full of graphs and graphics that are not displayed in this version on google play!!

Dr. R. Paul Stevens is Acadmic Dean of Regent College, Vancouver and Associate Professor of Lay Theology and Empowerment. Dr. Philip Collins is the Principal of Carey Theological College on the campus of the University of British Columbia where he also serves as Professor of Applied Theology.
