This was such a feel good book and a wonderful continuation of Shane and Ilya's story. Sure there where some tense and upsetting moments for both protagonists, but overall they have a happy ending and that's just sweet. The pace was good, the sexy scenes were well written, the story in itself was well executed, heavy themes were spoken of 'superficially' for me, but still the fact that they were acknowledged was great. I really feel blessed that we have heated rivalry on screen, fingers crossed

Another fantastic read from a talented author. As someone who viewed the show before reading the novels I am as impressed by the adaptation and the book. I particularly love Hayden's character, and all the internal thoughts of Ilya. It greatly expresses the love he has in his heart. I would recommend watching then reading the books as it sort-of acts like a pseudo director's cut of the show.

Le pongo cuatro estrellas para no quedar como una loca. Pero la verdad es que me encantó todo lo que engloba esta historia, tiene mucha tensión súper bien distribuida, mucho cariño y a la vez temor, que cuando se juntan es muy difícil que se traduzca a algo sano y claro. En este caso no se vuelve peligroso, se logra entender y comprendes la forma de accionar de ambos. Me gustó y espero leer el segundo y seguirme sorprendiendo.
