About this ebook

Ginny McKensie's life is spiraling out of control.

Finished with college, she should have been planning her wedding. After all, Ginny and Josh were made for each other—everyone said so. Except the love of her life didn't agree.

Now Ginny is back in her hometown, unwillingly single, and stuck in a dead-end job. When she discovers she's pregnant, Ginny is convinced her life is ending. Instead of planning a future with Josh, she's learning the truth about morning sickness, juggling bills, and seeing just how far designer jeans can stretch.

Her life-plan never included dating again (not even with her too-hot new boss), or being a single mother at 23. Now, with the help of her best friends, Annie and Jen, Ginny must try to re-imagine—and rebuild—a life she never wanted.

Definitely needs to revised. There are some grammar mistakes. I agree with other reviews about needing to add more pages to the story. I understand that Ginny didn't revert to her former self. However, adding to the story line would have cemented that to readers. It would have also helped readers understand the character development of Josh since for most of the story he was viewed through flashbacks. The relationship Ginny has with her mother was definitely something I enjoyed as far as explaining her former self. The author almost had mended a bridge between mother and daughter with the baby shower, but took a step back with ignoring phone calls and not wanting the mother at the hospital to see her grandson. After that, the mother isn't mentioned again. It felt kind of awkward. I actually enjoyed this story, which was something I didn't expect at the start of it. It just think the story needs to be revised.

Spoiler alert at end of comment. Read it in less than 9 hours. It was a decent book. I noticed a lot of errors like words missing to make the sentence sound right, and on one page when she is in labor it has a random ing in the middle of a sentence that doesn't belong there. Story line was good until the end and then it was kinda rushed could have used an even 200 pages and still had the same ending, adding when they tell jen and ann about being back together and their reactions would have made it better.

I absolutely loved this book! At first I wasn't to sure if I wanted to carry on as the main character Ginny seemed like she felt sorry for herself and just looked on the bad side which really irritated me. I more love books with strong in depended women. But as the book progressed Ginny started to become stronger, more independed and didn't need the constant love and attention of a man with the help of her 2 best friends Annie and Jen. The story line was amazing! Can't wait to read the other 3 in the series
