Sherri Obermark is a writer of books in the alternative medicine, and self-help genres. She believes that holistic healing can be achieved when the individual chooses to take control of their own health. She finds that when the body and mind are working in harmony the body’s ability to the heal is at its peak. She seeks to inspire individuals to look for the reasons behind their illness, and create a path to bring about real and lasting changes in their health, and well-being. The fascinating interplay between the body and mind has been an area of study, and a theme in her work.


In her practice she uses meditation, relaxation, acupressure, reflexology and mindfulness to find peace and inner joy.
