Writing these works brought me a great peace of mind and insurmountable joy, I wrote these poems when i was 16 years old thus the title, I am currently 17. All the works here have great sentimental meaning to me as they all tell a story of a point in my life that had something to say. I hope other children and teenagers can read what is inside this book and feel there is a ray of hope at the end of the tunnel regardless of whatever they are going through and that this opens the eyes of adults everywhere to the challenges and struggles teenagers go through on a daily basis and helps them to better communicate with their own children. This book is also meant to show a brighter side and represents the joys of life and the love that is held inside each of us.
