Before joining Michael Reid in 2004, Lucy Meakin was a specialist in Impressionist and Modern European painting for Sotheby's London. She has worked closely with a wide range of clients, selling artworks to private and corporate collections and art dealers worldwide. Michael Reid has many years of art industry experience having worked with Christie's London before setting up his own art consultancy in 1996. As well as advising private and corporate clients on their art collections, Michael has written regularly for The Australian, Personal Investment and The Good Weekend, publishes his own well-received art newsletter and is the author of the best-selling How to Buy and Sell Art.
