This was intense, emotional, hard and sweet and sexy at the same time. I couldn't put it down. Nadia and Finn needed each other and I loved seeing how Nadia grew and came into her own.

Because I've read all the other books in this series, I knew Nadia and Flynn's romance was sure to be super emotional, intense and heartbreaking and I warn you that I was 100% right. So be prepared for the avalanche of raw emotions, mountains of feels and massive amount of heart tugging aimed right at your heart. Of course, along with those you get a well-written, engaging story filled with tension, drama, intensity, steam, sweetness and heart. Trust me, the damage to your heart is totally worth the swoon. I am independently posting an impartial review.

Renee Rose knocked this one out of the park!! Nadia was introduced to us in an earlier book when Adrian rescues her from the most dire of situations in the Chicago underworld. Rightfully so, it left Nadia terrified and Adrian overly protective. I could feel ever ounce of Nadia’s fear and anxiety but her resiliency and strength to slowly take back parts of her life was inspiring. Enter Flynn, Chicago’s notorious player, that is until Nadia asks for help to get over her trauma. Who would have expected this player to be exactly what she needs in this emotional, compassionate and healing journey. Can’t say enough about this book, it definitely gives you all the feels.
