About the author

The Rev. Roger W. Baker is an African-American theologian with a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas; a retired U.S. Army Drill Sergeant of twenty-two years of service; and a retired elder from the United Methodist denomination. His passions are working with, educating, and developing socioeconomically disadvantaged “at-risk” families in character, leadership, and entrepreneurial principles for holistic development. He lives in Pittsbugh, Pennsylvania, as an incomplete quadriplegic with a beautiful family, including coed twins.
