I'm a pretty uncritical reader, I like certain authors' works because they often have a handle on certain aspects of writing, rarely because I think they succeed in all areas. However, I did my best to like this book and failed, the only reason I'm bothering to write a review is that I would feel bad giving it one star without some justification.

Now that I'm almost 20 years old and have against my parents wishes dropped out of college to privately fly helicopters does this book really seem like a true reflection of my life. My parents don't think there's alot of money to be made out there, but life isnt about money, few see that.

A hopeful and inspiring parable, it has stood the test of time for me and for millions of other readers. I read it when I was a child and recently had the opportunity to re-experience it through the eyes of my own six year old son. The book's message of self-discovery is not lost even on the youngest and most naive of readers.
