I own this book on iTunes, and have hard cover given to me from the author. This book starts with motivational stories that actually anyone can relate to. His methods are proven to work. And his short exercises motivate you in that they are easy and quick. When you make the subconscious feel better and confident, you will automatically start to get more motivated to do even more. This book has helped me tremendously and is the obvious book.
