About the author

Sarbjit Singh, an alumnus of PEC Chandigarh, IIT Kanpur and Punjab University, has 30 years of experience in telecommunications and computer technology, while he was in the Corps of Signals, Indian Army. In 1976, he has been to EMC Agency, Bland Ford and the UK for training in Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and established an EMC cell at Military College of Telecommunication and Engineering (MCTE), MP, India. He has been the founding director of the War-Gaming Development Centre (WARDEC) at AHQ. In search of technologies and resources related to terrain digitization, combat modelling and war-gaming, he has been to MIT, DEC, Stanford, CMU, University of West Virginia, Intel Chicago and Modern Cartographic Center (MCC), Dehradun, and ISRO, Bangalore. After volunteering early retirement in 1995 as a brigadier, he has served 10 years in corporate senior positions and has 12 years of experience in designing and executing software projects for ERP in manufacturing, e-commerce and e-publication, for clients in the USA and India. He has been an educationist for 16 years where he has served for 10 years as a principal of an engineering college and 6 years as an honorary adviser of a school of engineering and technology at a university in Gurgaon, India. His knowledge areas are software project management, software reusability, software quality assurance, agile computing, software engineering, cloud computing, AI, machine learning, technology management, leadership, spirituality and authoring in technology areas. He has very effective networking with senior academicians of many universities in India, UK, USA and Australia, He has authored two books: 1.
