Yet Dobe and Ponco are found lynched soon after, and the town’s sheriff, who has thrown his allegiance with the Teepees, is reluctant to investigate the unsolved murders. A bloody conflict seems inevitable unless the lynchers can be indentified and brought to justice. Acerca do autor
L. P. Holmes published his first story in 1925 and has gone on to write over fifty Western novels and over six hundred magazine stories. He received the Spur Award from the Western Writers of America for his 1955 novel Somewhere They Die. Holmes died in 1988.
