Trouble has a habit of tracking Peter down, even when he’s off-duty. When convicted British joy rider, Jack Polesti, and his Mitsubishi Eclipse were found in the waters surrounding the Eastern Scheldt storm surge barrier, the Dutch authorities noticed two unusual things.
