About this ebook

London, 1888. The terrifying world of Jack the Ripper awaits.

Everett Grantham, half human and half vampire, has been leading a tortured double life since being bitten long ago. Now living in London, he struggles with his secret, his bloodlust, and his Hippocratic Oath. He has vowed to feed only upon scoundrels and murderers as he drifts through the centuries searching for some kind of solace.

But when he meets Rose Brendan, a feisty, eighteen-year-old Irish girl who has just come to town at the invitation of her best friend Mary Kelly, he's immediately drawn to her. The answer to their deep attraction lies buried in history, in a past incarnation during the French Revolution. He owes her a debt of life, but soon his sense of obligation turns to love, a love that might restore his lost humanity.

But there is a figure in London far darker than any vampire. Jack the Ripper is terrorizing the city. And Rose is next for his blade.
