Terri Lowe is just passing time in postgraduate studies, living with her father in an affluent part of the city.

About the author

Robert L. Bailey is retired from a lifetime career in public service and has nine previously published novels. He lives with his wife in Clarinda, Iowa, where he spends time promoting his work and writing his next novel.
