I like how the book sets a course leading to development EI. I've always been emotionally empathic towards others feelings. put yourself inside there shoes, and thinking outside the box are two quotes that motivated me to see different perspectives of others. some knowledge I will definitely try to pass on to my son.

It was a great read. I've been practicing EI, trying to make it a habit. One thing that stood out for me is 'Responding not Reacting'. I've had series of episodes lately in which I reacted and at times over reacted. My goal is to make a mental note, know my triggers and try to Respond instead of react.

great explanations and advice would have appreciated more elaborations on certain things but it's still great considering it's free and all ... .. conclusion:- definitely worth the read
