Not an RC myself, I have journeyed as a protestant, albeit ecumenically, and one who has found the liturgy of the mass, the hours, the Missal to be a blessing. Perhaps as a moth drawn to a flame I am drawn to these writings of the Father's. Except this flame does not burn so much as it enlightens. And what it does burn away is not of God. This books whets my appetite for further reading of the Father's.
