The laughs don't end in this opposites attract romance. Wherever Reese goes disaster is not far behind. Seeking closure she mistakenly burns down an outhouse and in the process lights park ranger Wade's fire. I received an ARC of Romancing the Ranger in an exchange for honest review. This red hot read corners the market on comedy and sensuality but throws a ton of heart to the mix.

Adored this story! It's funny, sexy, and left me with that warm happy feeling. Jennie Marts crafted a wonderful story with characters you feel like you've known forever. Reese Hudson is a big city girl that has been Daddy's little princess her whole life. She's worked hard to make it on her own but nothing has prepared her for the likes of Ranger Wade Baker. Wade has been burned by one city girl that found his simple life too dull for her liking so there's no way he will give in to the temptation that is Reese Hudson. After almost setting fire to the forest Reese is sentenced to rebuilding the outhouse she carelessly destroyed. As these two start to work on the project Wade can't help but be impressed by Reese's determination to get the job done. She also slowly proves to him she's not the thoughtless spoiled princess he thinks she is. You definitely want to read this one and see exactly how this relationship works out. I highly recommend it.

"Romancing the Ranger" by Jennie Marts is Reese Hudson, rich city girl, and park ranger Wade Baker's story. Reese is a rich city girl whose father has micromanaged her life. She has been dating a guy that controls what she wears and eats. Reese has had enough and broke up with the guy. She decides to drive to her favorite spot that her grandparents used to bring her. It's a waterfall in the little country town of Cotton Creek. Her plan is to get rid of a cardboard box of mementos and start taking charge of her life. Things don't exactly go according to her plans. Reese ends up burning down an outhouse. Not a great way to meet Wade the sexy park ranger. He is hollowing at her and the next thing she knows is that she is in front of a judge. The judge rejects Reese's offer to pay to have the outhouse rebuilt. The judge sentences her to community service by rebuilding the outhouse herself. The judge appoints Wade, the mad sexy park ranger, to supervise her. Reese decides that this is a good time to just be herself and to take back control of her life. She decides to make the most of having to spend so much time with Wade. Watch out Wade! This is a great fun, flirty, and steamy romance. Some scenes will have you laughing and other scenes, will have you fanning yourself. I loved Reese and Wade's characters. Wade's grandmother, Miss Abigail, and Reese's dog Bagel were really great characters too. I enjoyed this book from start to finish. I lost a lot of sleep because I couldn't put the book down. A really fun romance! I have received a copy of this book from NetGalley/Entangled Publishing, for an honest review. FYI, contains mature content.
