I really enjoyed reading this book being a shaman and being able to shapeshift since a very young age it has always fascinated me reading about other peoples experiences on this subject . Unfortunately there are not a lot of books on the subject.Very good and informative book. When I shapeshift I visualize my whitewolf or sometimes a crow or eagle.Mostly I shapeshift for two or three minutes and most animals can see it.The book describes a longer way to shapeshift while for me it takes only a few minutes.

No1 book I have read it and tried all the methods outlined works perfectly better then expected. Some of the things I thought weren't possible, I stand corrected. I won't tell you what I rather people make up the own thoughts on trying the methods not just reading it and think it's to far fetched.
