I started the book with the interest in the content. But the vry first example of infedilty stuck my mind. The example is being explained like as it's just a small mistake and get over with it just like "as small as losing your phone or something like that" I don't know how other people deal with it but it is really not acceptable to be not loyal in a relationship. Sorry for not talking out of the context.

I knew most of the theory on which book was written BUT YOU brought confidence in our Indian food,tadka, goodness of ghee,calm mind and fat loss,our traditional way of sitting and eating(eating with your fingers as well),thought of think global & importance of eating local.In 2009 I ignored this buk just bcoz it said loose wt instead of loose fat(which she also agrees in book is right term) i thot that here we go anthr Indian authr misleading us who dz nt evn no dt its fat los matr mst nt wt los.My badluck.

Great book for beginners.I liked the way she has actually revealed what quick weight loss plans look like,while explaining the damage they cause to the body! You will love yourself & your stomach more after reading this book.Changes your thinking before anything else!
