About the author

Internationally recognized as the leading safety expert in slip, trip, and, fall accident prevention, Kendzior has been retained in over 400 slip, trip, and, fall lawsuits. He has expertise in cases involving ADA and OSHA violations; and is a leading researcher, educator, and expert consultant to the manufacturing, insurance, and safety industries.
