You are going to love Colt & Cassie's story. SJ made a home run again. And I love second chance love stories because the couple gets together at the beginning of the book instead of 3/4's in. I love how a lot of the summer lake group of friends are back. A lot of my favorite couples are back. And you get to catch up on all your friends and family. Because that is what SJ books feels like friends and family. Colt and Cassie makes a great couple and you will fall in love with Sophie. Sophie is a little girl that has been abused and just needs some love and family. It's a must read book. I could not put it down until I finished the book and it is one I will read over a few times. Hope you enjoy as much as I did. Can't wait for the next book in the series. I have all of them on e-book. Don't want to give anything away but SJ makes her books about every day problems not all fairy tale and this makes the books more real . And forever does take awhile if you do it right. Enjoy till next time.

Another sleepless night. Once I start one of SJ's books I can't put it down until it's finished. Always looking forward to the next one no matter which of her series it's in.

as always the case,once I'd recieved my ARC, I thought OK just a couple of chapters to read before sleep. NO CHANCE!! I finished Cassie and Colts story at 1.30 am. This book not only interwove the characters from previous books, seamlessly, it showed great sensitivity when dealing with Sophie's predicament. Well done, SJ

Hi, I'm SJ, a coffee addict, lover of chocolate and drinker of good red wines. I'm a lost soul and a hopeless romantic. Reading and writing are necessary parts of who I am. Though perhaps not as necessary as coffee! I can drink coffee without writing, but I can't write without coffee.

I grew up loving romance novels, my first boyfriends were book boyfriends, but life intervened, as it tends to do, and I wandered down the paths of non fiction for many years. My life changed completely a couple of years ago and I returned to Romance to find my escape.

I write 'Sweet N Steamy' stories because to me there is enough angst and darkness in real life. My favorite romances are happy escapes with a focus on fun, friendships and happily-ever-afters, just like the ones I write.

These days I live in beautiful Montana, the last best place. If I'm not reading or writing you'll find me just down the road in the park - Yellowstone. I have deer, eagles and the occasional bear for company, and I like it that way :0)
