The mechanics, mathematics, and usage of a program written in FORTRAN IV and MAP for the IBM 7094 are described. The program is called SYSTRAN (systems analysis translator) and it includes subroutines for most of the common tools for frequency domain analysis of linear systems (such as Fourier transforms and inverse Fourier transforms, complex algebra, and correlation functions). The report is essentially an instruction manual. It contains a discussion of all aspects of the program essential to competent usage. (Author).
