About this ebook

Enjoy this steamy small-town mid-western romance series by USA Today Bestselling Author and Award-Winning Author Samantha Cole.

Don't Shoot the Messenger takes you on an emotional rollercoaster as three lives intertwine, bound by love, loss, and the power of forgiveness.

Blair's world shattered when she lost the love of her life, Grant. Left to raise their unborn child alone, she returns to her small hometown of Hazard Falls with a heavy heart. Little did she know that fate had a different plan in store for her.

Drake, Grant's brother, steps forward to offer a marriage of convenience, intending to be there for Blair and her baby. But what starts as a platonic transaction slowly transforms into an unbreakable bond as Drake and Blair fall in love. Together, they embrace the joy of parenthood and expand their family with two more children.

Grant's survival during six torturous years in a North Korean prison camp hinged solely on his unwavering love for Blair. In the wake of his rescue, the painful truth that she now belongs to his brother remains a reality Grant cannot bear to confront.

As danger looms over the ones he cherishes most, Grant must summon every ounce of courage and resilience to protect them. Will his return to Hazard Falls ignite a love triangle destined for heartbreak, or will Grant seize the opportunity to win Blair's heart once more, this time sharing her with his brother?

Don't Shoot the Messenger is the second book in the Hazard Falls series and a tale that will captivate your senses, leaving you craving for more. Fans of Sorcha Black, Katherine Hawthorne, and Shae Sullivan, immerse yourself in a world of passion, secrets, and redemption, where love knows no boundaries. With a guaranteed happy ending, it does include strong language and hot intimate scenes with an MFM menage relationship.

This is a story that has happened in real life. So many MIA soldiers have been kept from home, some never to return. In this story, which starts with CARTER!, a hero gets rescued from a prison camp, brought home, only to have to face a life that is nothing like he left it when he went to war. A great and moving story with a wonderful HEA. 5 big ole stars for this one.
