Mr. Sameer Khan is a motivated teacher in the Department of Education with considerable experience in web development. He received his Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Kurukshetra University, a Bachelor of Education from Kashmir University, and a Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He spends most of his time teaching and learning. As a Kashmiri, he is particularly fond of Kashmiri cuisine. He currently resides in Srinagar, where he is often engaged in multiple activities.
