Uplifting little wise tid-bits, made even better with sweet drawings that make you smile inside. Great for a quick pick-me-up!

Sandy Gingras is an artist and writer. She also owns her own design company called How to Live. She and her son and two cats live near the shore in Long Island Beach, NJ, where she is an activist for preserving open spaces and wetlands.
