इस पुस्तक के बार-बार पठन व चिंतन से जीवन के गूढ़ रहस्यों की परतें खुलने लगती हैं । अध्यात्म के पथिकों के लिए यह अद्भुत है । इसका लाभ लेनेवाले ‘मैं-मेरे... तू-तेरे...’ की तुच्छ मान्यताओं से ऊपर उठकर उन्नत जीवन की ओर अग्रसर होने लगते हैं । हृदय के बिखरे तारों को झंकृत कर जीवत्व से शिवत्व की ओर चलने की प्रेरणा देनेवाली अनुभव-वाणी से युक्त इस आत्मगुंजन सत्साहित्य में है :

Ātma Gunjana

How can man, who wanders in a cycle of 8.4 million species, being subjected to bondage, due to various causes like attachment-aversion, selfishness, sense of being a separate individual, egotism, etc., save himself from the abovementioned vices and become a liberated soul? All these points and the essence of the Gita, Bhāgavata Purāna, and Upanishads have been compiled and presented in prose in this book Ātma Gunjana. For example:

Small or big, rich or poor; love everyone equally;

All are pieces of the same stone; no one is inferior to anyone else.

Do not hate anybody; wish good for all beings.
