What is it with her haveing ex lovers having sex with others children when they grow up? Brutus to conilia daughter, Faraday to Axis son. kinda sick huh? And she always have main male a a**hole but always have happy ending. But cornilia gets crap. She starts out series great then crashes in end. Im not reading her books. Or if I do I will only read first book, and make up a ending to series in my head, I would prob do a better job...

Very well written I was entralled. Mystery,magic,murders,sex this series has it all. Sarah Do glass 5 stars.

About the author

Sara Douglass was born in South Australia and spent her early working life as a nurse. When she grew tired of mitered corners and starched veils, she worked her way through three degrees at the University of Adelaide, ultimately receiving a PhD in early modern English history. In addition to the Troy Game series Douglass is the author of The Wayfarer Redemption and Crucible series. Australia's most successful fantasy author and multiple Aurealis Award winner, Sara Douglass currently resides in Tasmania, where she enjoys tending her gardens and writing more books.
