I will say that I have never before gotten into a series of books for more than a few before the books always loose my interest . But Sarah's After Celmari series books have grabbed my attention and held it through until the end. Now I'm waiting for this next book . I even went as far as having the 1st book, Daughter of time as one of my pics for the book club I'm in. Love this series ❤️. If you like historical books Sarah Woodbury has a magic hand at incorporating enough history with imagination to write a captivating series. A must read in my opinion. Also a clean read . Which I appreciate greatly.

About the author

With over a million books sold to date, Sarah Woodbury is the author of more than forty novels, all set in medieval Wales. Although an anthropologist by training, and then a full-time homeschooling mom for twenty years, she began writing fiction when the stories in her head overflowed and demanded that she let them out. While her ancestry is Welsh, she only visited Wales for the first time at university. She has been in love with the country, language, and people ever since. She even convinced her husband to give all four of their children Welsh names.
