Great to review and see what the legal thought was way back then. A lot of these precepts remain to this day, albeit in different wording but essentially the same. Some of course is quite different and permits the reader a certain historical view as to the law from then until now. Somewhat dry, but I think a student at law would appreciate the review of some or all of these cases.
