I was speechless after reading/hearing this book, I wonder how can a book be so amazing? It is well written, easy to read and straight to the point - no useless discussions. I recommend this book when in need of inspirations and support while meeting life's challenges. I will read this book again... and again! Martin knows this topic well and applies it to his own life with results. Read the entire book then re read sections most relevant to your own life. Thank you I feel more confident to achieving my own goals now. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this book. It was free, but practically priceless with all the content

I am one of the laziest persons out there but this book has made me rethink my habits and behaviours. Stopped procrastinating and putting of things for later. Got more insight into meditations. This is great book for those looking to self-improve them-self. The go to guide for what you need to improve yourself. Got to give it to the author for creating a wonderful master piece of a work.
